A seasoned Counselling Psychologist specializing in Counselling, Life Coaching, and Training, with extensive experience in supporting individuals, families, and organizations in navigating psychological and emotional challenges. Her work focuses on strengthening mental wellbeing, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness across both personal and professional environments.

She provides individual, couple, family, and group counselling, along with training and development programs, psychoeducation sessions, and mental health workshops designed to address the evolving psychological needs of individuals and workplaces. Her approach integrates evidence-based psychological practices with practical tools that help individuals manage stress, enhance emotional wellbeing, and improve overall functioning.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and a Master’s Degree in Labour Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, combining expertise in both mental health and workplace dynamics. Over the years, she has worked extensively in the areas of employee counselling, psychosocial support, and professional training, collaborating with organizations to strengthen employee wellbeing and workplace stability. She also serves as an External Member of the POSH Internal Committee (ICC), contributing psychological insights to support fair and sensitive workplace grievance redressal.

She has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer for postgraduate students in Labour Management, facilitating sessions on Industrial Psychology and Soft Skills.
​
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she extended psychological support through online counselling for senior citizens and individuals experiencing pandemic-related stress and grief, providing emotional care during a critical period of uncertainty.
​
Her professional areas of focus include psychological and psychosocial concerns, interpersonal difficulties, work-life balance, stress management, and managerial challenges. She follows an ethical, structured, and client-centred approach to counselling and training, with the aim of facilitating meaningful and sustainable personal growth.

Her therapeutic and coaching framework integrates The Skilled Helper Model, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
She is also a Certified Professional Supervisor in Counselling, trained in professional supervision practices that support counsellors and mental health practitioners in maintaining ethical and effective therapeutic practice.

She is a Counselling Psychologist and Corporate Trainer specializing in workplace mental health, behavioural skills development, and structured capacity-building programs. Based in Chennai, she works with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and community sectors to strengthen psychological well-being, human competencies, and emotional resilience.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Stella Maris College and a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women, Chennai. During her academic training, she was recognized with the Best Field Worker Award by Stella Maris College for her outstanding field engagement and community work.

At Ennrich Psychological Support Services, where she contributes to the design and delivery of employee mental health services, counselling support, behavioural training programs, and professional development initiatives. Her work includes serving as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counsellor, Student Counsellor for higher education institutions, Guest Trainer for Social Work, Psychology, and MBA students, and Soft Skills Trainer for structured student development initiatives.

Her professional experience spans working with corporate employees, college students, and diverse community groups, including children with special needs and individuals from marginalized and vulnerable backgrounds. She has also worked as a Behaviour Therapist supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and Learning Difficulties, and has delivered life skills and developmental training for juveniles, community college students, and disadvantaged children. During the pandemic, she also contributed as a Child Development Trainer focusing on life skills and psychosocial support.

She actively facilitates life skills and behavioural competency programs, conducts guest lectures and lab sessions for social work students, and provides training and mentorship for psychology, social work, MBA, and public health students, helping them develop into effective skilled helpers within the community.
