POSH Training 

Government of India enacted the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, also called the POSH Act in 2013. Its moral duty of the organisation and the employer to Prevent sexual harassment says the Act. There are several measures also placed by the Act. One such central measure is spreading POSH Awareness to all levels of employees in an Organisation irrespective of the employee's gender or designation. The Posh Awareness educates the employees on their roles and responsibility by POSH Training program. It is fruitful to conduct the training at least twice in a year.
